Phase 2 Skier Service Floorspace Requirements
The Phase 2 skier services will consist of a skier service building located at a parking structure planned for construction on the overflow parking lot. In particular, we are proposing a total of 1,250 square feet of floorspace containing ticket sales, restrooms and information services be located at the parking structure load terminal of the Cabriolet. The Cabriolet will act as a people mover to transport guests from the parking structure to the main daylodges.
In Table IV.17, we have calculated the recommended floorspace for each of the skier service categories at the completion of Phase 2 of development. The recommended floorspace includes the added space required sightseers and other non- skiing guests.
